    • Muddy Barron was monitored from winter through late summer 2008. He spent time in Kings Bay and explored the length of Crystal River, feeding on Eurasian water milfoil, algae, and cattails. His tag was recovered in Kings Bay south of Warden Key on 3/11/08, but fortunately he was re-tagged south of Banana Island on 3/13/08. He was given an in-water body condition in late summer and was deemed to be in good body condition, and his equipment was cut off.
