    • Heavy Falcon was released at Three Sister Springs. He immediately swam a short distance and circled the channel leading to open water. Carmen was then released, and he joined her in the channel where they encountered snorkelers. They moved to one side of the channel and swam peacefully into one of several vent areas of the springs. He and Carmen continued to explore that spring vent for about half an hour. They were joined by 5 other manatees. The manatees interacted nose to nose and swimming leisurely together around the vent. The activity escalated to cavorting. Heavy Falcon along with Carmen maneuvered out of the group and into the open area of the larger vent area. They encountered snorkelers again with no apparent concern and then returned to the first vent with the other 5 manatees and continued swimming peacefully around the vent.
